What I collect

When you book a free first call or contact me through this site, I collect only:

• Your name
• Your email address
• Anything you choose to write in the notes / message field

I do not use tracking pixels, advertising cookies, or third-party analytics that identify you personally.

How I use it

• To reply to your message and arrange your first call.
• To deliver coaching sessions and stay in touch about our work together.
• To meet legal and tax obligations (e.g. invoicing under Dutch law).

I never sell your data. I never share what we discuss in sessions. Coaching conversations are confidential.

How long I keep it

Enquiry messages: deleted within 12 months if we don't end up working together. Client records and invoices: kept for 7 years, as required by Dutch tax law.

Your rights (GDPR)

You can ask me at any time to access, correct or delete your data, or to stop processing it. Just email costanza.lazzaroli@gmail.com and I'll respond within 30 days.

Confidentiality

As a coach, I treat everything you share — in sessions, by email, or in your booking notes — as strictly confidential. The only exceptions are situations where I am legally required to act (for example, a serious risk of harm).
